We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimising business operations and driving strategic growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing high-volume production, quality control, warehouse, and logistics processes and people.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within an operational leadership role within a manufacturing / product assembly environment. They should possess strong understanding of various manufacturing and assembly processes and supply chain management.

About the Role:
- Manage a large Operations team consisting of Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Stock Control, and Transport.
- Lead the development, training, and performance management of over 100 employees.
- Champion 'Quality by Design' and ensure ownership of managing high-volume production, quality control, and warehouse and logistics processes.
- Collaborate with Health & Safety, Facilities, Product Design, Quality Assurance, and Sales departments.
- Personal involvement in inbound and outbound international logistics.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Proven experience within an operational leadership role within a manufacturing / product assembly environment.
- Strong understanding of various manufacturing and assembly processes and supply chain management.
- Be familiar with commercial IT systems.
- Drive, determination, and self-confidence in commercial abilities.
