Agility Resourcing is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4 AAT studiers who cover the purchase ledger and credit control functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the finance function of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Implement and develop internal software to improve financial processes and efficiency.
  • Manage and prepare month/year end accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare annual budgeting and forecasting, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Produce monthly KPI packs, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.

The successful Financial Operations Manager will be a strong communicator, with the ability to work effectively with non-financial/operational staff. Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, are essential for this role.
