A unique opportunity has become available for a Financial Operations Manager to join Agility Resourcing in Preston, with good commuter links.
As Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the full management of the Accounts function, and will also have responsibility for management of the Administration and Maintenance functions.
Financial Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of management accounts
- Maintaining cash flow forecasting
- Credit control
- Management of the bank and statement reconciliation
- Accounts preparation on SAGE 50
Other duties will include:
- General building maintenance including scheduling of any required maintenance
- Responsibility for health & safety for the organisation
- Ensuring that all aspects of Human Resources are compliant
As a Senior Member of the management team, the Financial Operations Manager will be required to act as an ambassador for the organisation and will be a confident communicator.
