Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely completion of period-end processes, and supervising a team of two staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance function, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Accurately complete period-end processes, including reconciliation and investigation of balance sheet accounts, and analysis and reporting on business performance.
  3. Prepare and report on aged debt and cash flow forecast per business unit.
  4. Supervise and mentor two staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  5. Prepare and present monthly management packs, including P&L, balance sheet, and budget.
  6. Manage sales and purchase ledger functions, including banking and company credit cards.
  7. Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate and timely posting of all bank receipts and payments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
