About the Role

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead our housekeeping team and oversee the daily operation of our residential homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Developing and implementing effective cleaning schedules.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of our residents' living spaces.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality or healthcare sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Arrangements:

As a Head of Housekeeping, you will be expected to work a standard 4-day week, with occasional weekend working required. The exact hours of work will be discussed during the recruitment process.

**Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
