Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Childcare Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to work with primary school-aged children, assist in the development of enriching experiences, and have a positive impact on their lives.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director of Service in delivering exceptional experiences for the children in our care. This includes creating and implementing engaging programs, interacting with parents, and engaging with the school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and implementation of programming based on the preferences of the children in the program.
- Interact with parents and respond to their inquiries whenever possible.
- Engage with the school community by attending events and assemblies.
- Play and have fun with primary school-aged children.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with kids, has loads of energy, and loves to have fun. Ideally, you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is not essential as we can provide training. You must be available for stable, permanent part-time hours of up to 25 per week.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
