About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • HCPC-registration as a Clinical Psychologist or related profession.
  • Proven experience working with children and young people with complex needs in educational or residential settings.
  • Expertise in assessment, formulation, and implementation of therapeutic plans.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to drive improvements in therapeutic services.
