About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- HCPC-registration as a Clinical Psychologist or related profession.
- Proven experience working with children and young people with complex needs in educational or residential settings.
- Expertise in assessment, formulation, and implementation of therapeutic plans.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to drive improvements in therapeutic services.
