About the Opportunity:

Berry Street is committed to providing high-quality therapeutic services to children and families. We are seeking a Child and Family Services Specialist to join our team and contribute to this vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in partnership with the Senior Clinician and team to deliver therapeutic interventions that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and other healthcare providers.
  • Providing education and training to colleagues and external partners on trauma-informed care and best practices in child and family therapy.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements for funding and program evaluation purposes.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Clinician with relevant Bachelor level or higher qualification in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline.
  • Sound understanding of service system complexities and experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Capacity to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.

Salary and Benefits:

$100,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus generous leave conditions, 10 weeks paid parental leave, and access to the Employee Assistance Program.
