Child and Family Services Worker

Join our team as a Child and Family Services Worker and contribute to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families in the Chorley South Ribble area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing family support and advocacy services, working collaboratively with local authorities, schools, and community organizations.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:
- Work closely with families to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure effective service delivery and positive outcomes.
- Manage a caseload of 15-22 families, prioritizing timely interventions and support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in statutory social work, specifically in CIN and Court proceedings.
- Proven skills in flexible working arrangements and time-off-in-lieu policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
