Residential Child Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Child Care Worker to join our team at Exceptional Care. As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people with challenging behaviour and emotional behavioural difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other external agencies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a stable and loving environment, ensuring each young person achieves positive outcomes and learning experiences.
- Support young people in their daily lives, including education, leisure activities, and personal development.
Requirements:
- Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or equivalent.
- 1 year's experience supporting young people in a children's residential setting.
- Full UK manual driving licence (preferred).
