About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for our young residents. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality care and support, helping our young people to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to children in our residential care home
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver therapeutic and educational programs
  • Support our young people in developing their life skills and independence
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Experience in a children's residential care home (desirable)
  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
