This role involves providing emotional support, guidance, and care to our young residents, helping them to develop essential life skills and overcome challenges. As a member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the well-being and dignity of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to young residents
  • Assisting with daily tasks and routines
  • Helping young people develop essential life skills
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
  • Reporting any concerns or incidents to senior staff

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • High level of resilience and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work with young people who have varying degrees of emotional and behavioral difficulties
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
