We are seeking a skilled Communication Disorders Specialist to join our team at ProfDoc in Preston. As a seasoned professional in speech and language therapy, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome communication challenges.
About the Role:
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of various age groups and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique requirements.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care and support families, carers, and staff in enhancing communication strategies.
Requirements:
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working with individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
