Clinical Practitioner for Personality Disorder

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Clinical Practitioner to provide high-quality interventions for individuals with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD). The successful candidate will be working within a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) providing Structured Clinical Management (SCM) and promoting positive attitudes towards service users.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of mental health problems, diversity, and anti-discriminatory practice. Post-qualification experience of clinical work, assessment, and risk management are essential. A willingness to travel and undertake training to deliver NICE-compliant therapies is also required.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop skills in community mental health service provision. The salary for this position is estimated at £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
