Clinical Role Overview

As a Clinical Practitioner Psychologist with Outcomes First Group, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults within our care settings. You will work closely with a well-established clinical team to facilitate multi-disciplinary working, ensuring positive outcomes for the individuals we support.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists and have a proven track record of working with adults who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism, as well as complex trauma and mental health needs. A full valid UK driving licence and access to a car are also essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience, plus a £3,000 Welcome Bonus and Relocation package worth £3,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes life assurance and a pension scheme with options to increase your contributions.
