Adult Residential Care Psychologist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Practitioner Psychologist, where you will contribute to the development and implementation of clinical governance structures and policies. You will be responsible for collecting and analysing data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.
You will work collaboratively with a range of key partners, including Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and the wider care team. As a Clinical Practitioner Psychologist, you will be expected to work sensitively with people, resolve conflicts effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience, plus a £3,000 Welcome Bonus and Relocation package worth £3,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes life assurance and a pension scheme with options to increase your contributions.
