The Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable adults. As a Clinical Practitioner Psychologist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing bespoke assessment and intervention plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Assistant Psychologists.
  • Evaluate and improve service delivery through data analysis and quality assurance.
  • Contribute to the development of staff training and education programs.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
  • Registered with the HCPC and BPS.
  • Experience working with adults with intellectual disability and/or autism.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
