Highly Specialist Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Highly Specialist Psychologist to join our team in the North West region, covering HMP Preston, HMP Lancaster Farms, and HMP Kirkham. As a Highly Specialist Psychologist, you will play a vital role in our integrated mental health team, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver comprehensive mental health services.
You will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and support to the Integrated Mental Health Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients. You will also contribute to the development of audit, service evaluation, and research profile as appropriate.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000-£75,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including bespoke induction, competency framework, regional and national career development opportunities, and access to our Learning Management System.
- Experience working with psychological trauma and developing trauma-informed mental health service models.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality psychological assessments and interventions.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
