Clinical Practitioner Psychologist Job Overview
">Location: Across three residential homes in South Cumbria.
]Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Practitioner Psychologist. You will work within a well-established clinical team to facilitate multidisciplinary working and contribute to the development of empowering environments for adults with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored psychological interventions.
- Collaborate with Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Assistant Psychologists.
- Support the implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Psychologists.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
- HCPC and BPS registration.
- Experience working with adults with intellectual disability and/or autism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
