Job Title: Advanced Therapeutic Practitioner

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Clinician to join our team as an Advanced Therapeutic Practitioner. This is a permanent, part-time (0.9) role based in Preston, Wurrundjeri Country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing therapeutic interventions ranging from short to long-term, including individual, dyadic and family-based sessions.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Clinician and team to tailor services to individual needs and ensure consistency with Take Two's policies and procedures.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development, including reflective practice sessions, supervision and professional development.
  • Opportunity to work in an innovative service at the forefront of trauma and family violence informed therapeutic interventions.
  • Focus on therapeutic growth and career progression.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Clinician with relevant Bachelor level or higher qualification in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline.
  • Sound understanding of service system complexities.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide direct service in clinical assessment and treatment.
  • Sound understanding and demonstrated ability to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and community.

Salary and Benefits:

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus generous leave conditions, 10 weeks paid parental leave, and access to the Employee Assistance Program.
