Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom Ascenti Physio Limited Full time

Unlock Your Expertise as a Leading Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at Ascenti Physio Limited

As an accomplished physiotherapist with over three years of experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) therapy, you're now poised to take your career to the next level. We invite you to join our dynamic team at Ascenti Physio Limited and embark on a rewarding journey to become an Advanced Practitioner.

An Advanced Practitioner is a highly skilled clinician working at an advanced level across all four pillars of practice at master's degree level. This pinnacle role represents the culmination of your expertise, offering opportunities for growth and development that can lead to specialized skills like injection therapy and prescribing.

In this role, you will be part of our esteemed APP pathway, where you'll receive significant investment in your training and development to become a certified Advanced Practitioner. You'll have the flexibility to work in various clinics, balancing days focused on assessing and diagnosing patients in advanced settings with others dedicated to treating patients in standard MSK clinics.

You'll enjoy three distinct APP development routes, catering to diverse learning preferences, from academic pathways to portfolio options. Upon achieving key milestones, your salary will increase accordingly. Additionally, you'll participate in special support sessions and connect with experienced Advanced Practitioners and developing APPs across our organization, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and mutual growth.

Our dedicated customer hub team handles appointments and admin tasks, freeing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional patient care. At Ascenti Physio Limited, we value our staff's well-being and offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible hour options, 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays), enhanced family leave, Vitality at Work membership, free and discounted healthcare services, and more.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £40,000-£60,000 based on industry standards and location factors. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to advance your career while enjoying a great work-life balance.
