We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our team at Outcomes First Group, based in the North West. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a clinical team and work collaboratively with our senior leadership team to deliver high-quality services to children and young people with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. They will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with neurodivergent children and a strong understanding of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the onsite clinical team, holding a therapy caseload, and contributing to staff training and consultation. You will also work collaboratively with the site to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students.
