Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Consultant in Restorative Dentistry to join our team as a clinical leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert dental care and guidance to patients, while also contributing to the development of our Restorative Dentistry services.
Key Responsibilities
The Consultant will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Providing high-quality dental care to patients with complex needs
- Developing and implementing treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Conducting research and audits to improve dental care practices
- Mentoring junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Full registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
- Specialist register status for Restorative Dentistry or completion of SAC-approved training program
- Proven experience in Restorative Dentistry, with expertise in Prosthodontics and Endodontics
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
