The ideal candidate will have:- Senior nursing leadership experience and a degree in clinical management.
- Proven expertise in leadership and team management, with a focus on nursing staff.
- Defined responsibilities from the ward manager, including supervisory duties for a designated team.
- A valid registration as a First Level Registered Nurse (RMN).
- Experience in clinical supervision, with training in leadership and management.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and CPD.
- Good computer skills and experience in acute mental health settings.
- A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, with a focus on leadership and management.
