Location and Benefits

Preston-based, this role offers a competitive salary of £43,014 - £46,314 per annum, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus, free on-site parking, supplemented meals, 25 days annual leave, birthday holiday, enhanced maternity pay, contributory pension scheme, flexible benefits, and relocation support up to £3,000.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity requires a First-level Registered Nurse (RMN) with clinical experience and leadership skills to provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team in support of the Ward Manager. Essential skills include evidence of CPD, good computer skills, experience in Acute Mental Health, and at least 3 years post-registration experience. Mentorship experience is desirable but training can be provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Clinical experience and leadership skills
  • Essential clinical supervision experience; training is desirable
  • Evidence of CPD and a commitment to maintaining and developing CPD and leadership skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in Acute Mental Health
  • At least 3 years, or equivalent post-registration experience
  • Mentorship experience is desirable; however, training can be provided
