Pharmacist in Advanced Mental Health Care

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Moving On Rehabilitation Unit Pharmacist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide patient-focused clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient setting specializing in rehabilitation for individuals with enduring mental health problems.
You will be responsible for participating in consultant ward reviews, undertaking clinical audits, and contributing to the education and training of less experienced pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
In addition, you will have opportunities for professional development, including the option to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychiatric Therapeutics through Aston University's distance learning program, accredited by the College of Mental Health Pharmacy (CMHP).
