To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.

As a mental health care professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and support
  • Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
  • Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
  • Ensuring adherence to codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting patients' rights and promoting ethical practice

The ideal candidate will possess excellent team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a flexible approach. A commitment to patient-centred care and evidence-based practice is essential.
