Job Title: Mental Health Nurse - Night Shifts Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with mental health conditions and facilitating their rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assessing and planning nursing care requirements for patients with mental health conditions
* Administering medication and treatments according to protocols
* Providing support and education to patients and their families
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and person-centered care
* Contributing to the development and implementation of therapeutic activities and programs
* Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
* Supporting and advocating for patients to promote their well-being and recovery

Requirements:

* Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin
* Knowledge and understanding of mental health conditions and rehabilitation
* Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
