About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Brookhaven and The Hamptons in Bamber Bridge, close to Preston. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals improve their quality of life, achieve their goals, and make a positive difference in their community.

About the Services

Our services provide a range of care options for adults with enduring mental health needs. Brookhaven is a 23-bedded open-rehabilitation service, while The Hamptons offers a 14-bedded Locked Rehabilitation Service. Our focus is on inclusion, skills development, and consolidation, risk reduction, and relapse prevention.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting
  • Active PIN and Nursing qualification
  • Understanding of the importance of delivering a holistic approach to promoting recovery and independence
Desired Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Confidently be able to write care plans and complete risk assessments
  • Experience and knowledge of working within Mental Health and Rehabilitation
  • Medication trained
