We are recruiting a talented Nurse to work in a dynamic hospital environment based in the Preston area.
This hospital provides specialist mental health services, including the management and treatment of acute mental ill health and eating disorders.
The successful candidate will have:
- A current active NMC Pin
- Experience in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness
- Skills in developing therapeutic relationships and enhancing patient engagement
- A strong understanding of patient assessments, care planning, and monitoring progress
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Excellent team working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and flexibility
- A commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
- The drive to continually develop personal learning and skills
The annual salary for this role is £38,596 per annum, with opportunities for career progression and benefits including a company benefits portal and many NHS benefits.
