Job Title: Bank Mental Health Nurse
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum

Job Description
As a bank nurse in our Priory Hospital Preston, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to patients who require residential treatment for mental health conditions. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • To participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan future interventions.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Royal College of Nursing (RCN) qualified mental health nurse.
  • Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) registered.
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and its implications for practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
