Job Title: Mental Health Service Manager

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Service Manager to join our team at Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner (RMN, OT, SW), you will be responsible for managing a team of mental health professionals and overseeing the delivery of mental health services to children and families.

The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and manage a team of mental health professionals, as well as develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of mental health professionals.
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • To oversee the delivery of mental health services to children and families.
