Independent Mental Health Ward Lead

As a Senior Nurse Manager in Mental Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support within our independent mental health rehabilitation hospital.
You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care and treatment.
With your strong leadership skills and experience in mental health nursing, you will be able to make a real difference in the lives of our service users and their families.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff, promoting a positive work environment and high-quality patient care.
- To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of service users, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- To maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
