Job Overview
A Senior Nurse is required to lead a team of nurses in a busy mental health hospital. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Lead/Senior Nurse and a minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary up to £45,194 per year, with benefits including paid handovers, funded NMC Registration, gym membership, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of managing a shift with the guidance of the Ward/Departmental Sister/Charge Nurse. Work closely with the Ward Manager to support staff wellbeing and staff development. Identify patient's individual nursing problems and needs, and plan and implement care.

Requirements
* Must have previous experience as a Lead/Senior Nurse* MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS A REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH NURSE* Must be living in the UK* Active NMC PIN
