We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic clinical team at The Priory Hospital Preston, renowned for delivering exceptional care and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Job Overview
  • As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-focused care in accordance with established nursing practices and contribute to the development of new services and care pathways to enhance patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid active NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RMN) with 12 months post-qualifying experience and relevant clinical expertise in mental health nursing.
  • A positive attitude towards change, innovation, and quality improvement, with excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

Priory Healthcare offers a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, free on-site parking, supplemented meals, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, birthday holiday, enhanced maternity pay, contributory pension scheme, flexible benefits, access to professional development opportunities, leadership and management development, long service award, refer-a-friend bonuses, and relocation support up to £3000 (terms apply).
