Mental Health Care Coordinator

This Mental Health Care Coordinator position is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, providing specialist mental health services to service personnel and entitled individuals. As a key member of the Department of Community Mental Health (DCMH) team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care, promoting well-being and recovery for our patients.
The role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to assess and treat patients with mental health presentations. You will also be required to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, provide psychological assessments and interventions, and maintain accurate clinical outcome data.
Key Requirements- Registered Mental Health Nurse or graduate-level professional with experience in adult community mental healthcare
- Strong clinical assessment skills and understanding of occupational roles and individual needs
- Experience of using NICE-recommended psychological interventions and maintaining accurate clinical records
