We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health professional to join our team as a Senior Deputy Planning Team Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to improve mental health services across Lancashire and South Cumbria.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and mentorship to qualified clinical staff. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality therapy and possess excellent interpersonal qualities, time management skills, and the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
Requirements- A relevant professional qualification and documented evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
- Expert knowledge of mental health issues and current best practice in Adult Mental Health
- 2 years post-qualification experience in a mental health setting, with extensive clinical experience including individual and group therapy
