We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Mental Health Professional to join our team at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to work within our rehabilitation pathways. As a Clinical Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to service users with mental health illnesses. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure effective assessment, formulation, planning, and monitoring of recovery-focused rehabilitation care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must hold a Mental Health professional qualification (RMN)
- Documented evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
