We are a dynamic and innovative organization that provides a range of therapeutic services to young people aged 6-18. Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support that enables our residents to reach their full potential.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Therapeutic Services Worker to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our therapeutic programs. In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide tailored support and guidance to our young people, and help them to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

About the Role

  • Provide therapeutic support and guidance to young people aged 6-18
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans

What We Offer

  • A salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, based on experience

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in childcare or a related field
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
