We are seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Worker to join our team as a Team Leader. As a valued member of our team, you will assist the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the home, implement policies and procedures, maintain records, and foster the growth and development of junior staff.

Job Requirements

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of childcare principles and practices. You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement effective strategies to meet the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Home Manager in managing the daily operations of the home
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Foster the growth and development of junior staff members

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from £13 to £14.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive sleep-in pay of £60 per night and overtime paid at £1 extra.
