Therapeutic Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Therapeutic Support Professional to join our team at a children's therapeutic residential home in Preston. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing home environment for vulnerable children with Emotional Behaviour Disorders, mental health, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our young people in achieving their full potential, promoting positive relationships, and creating a stable living environment. Your expertise and experience in working with children and young people with emotional behavioral disorders and/or disabilities will be invaluable in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A driving license and your own vehicle are essential for this role, which requires regular travel between locations.
Salary: £12-£14.57 per hour (PAYE/Umbrella)
Requirements:
- Experience in support work or special educational needs (SEN)
- Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
- Enhanced Child and Adults DBS on the update service
