We are looking for a qualified and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Therapeutic Care Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential homes, ensuring that all staff are trained and supported to deliver exceptional care.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience, plus a sleep-in rate of £60 per night and overtime paid at £1 extra.
