We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team at Therapeutic Care Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organisation and improving outcomes for children and young people in our care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Home Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Leading and inspiring a team of junior staff members
  • Fostering a positive and supportive work environment

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 based on qualifications and experience. Additional pay includes a sleep-in rate of £70 per night and overtime paid at £1 extra. A full UK driving licence and relevant qualifications are required for this role.
