About the Role

As a Mental Health Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in Cornwall. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

Job Description
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to customers living in the community.
  • Work closely with customers to develop and implement personalized support plans.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with local authorities and specialist providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  2. Monitor and review customer progress, making adjustments to support plans as needed.

This is a field-based role, requiring regular travel between customers. An essential car user allowance will be provided.

Requirements
  • A strong understanding of mental health support principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £14.45 per hour.
  • A full-time contract with the possibility of extension.
