Supporting Learners with SEND in Cornwall

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Practitioner to join our team at Cornwall College Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and make a real difference in their lives. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting learners with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and have experience working in pre-16 post-16 education.

The successful applicant will work closely with our teaching staff to provide targeted interventions and support to individual learners or small groups. This may involve working one-to-one with learners, providing emotional support, and helping them develop independent life skills. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of curriculum areas and support learners with different types of learning difficulties and disabilities.
