About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Cornwall. As a key member of our community support team, you will provide vital assistance to individuals living in the community who have severe and enduring mental health diagnoses.

Key responsibilities include working closely with specialist providers to deliver support to customers, helping them to further independence, access local services, and enjoy being part of their local community.

The successful candidate will be a great communicator with the ability to develop relationships, possess an understanding of support needs and support planning, and have experience of risk assessing and risk management.

This is a full-time opportunity with a 2-month contract, offering a competitive salary of £14.45 per hour. A car user allowance is also provided, as driving between customers is a significant aspect of this role.
