Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals, ensuring the highest level of animal welfare and care.
  • Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries, maintaining accurate records and following strict protocols.
  • Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness, fostering strong relationships and building trust.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress, utilizing data analysis to inform clinical decisions and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Veterinary degree from a recognized institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in animal health and medicine.
  • Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and professional guidelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and client engagement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Compassionate and caring approach to animals, upholding the highest standards of animal welfare and ethics.
