We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes, implementing pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students stay on task and manage any disruptions
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to overcome barriers to learning
- Collaborate with support staff to promote the safeguarding and welfare of all students
Requirements:
