Flexible Classroom Support Specialist

Long-term Teachers Ltd is an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secondary School Teacher/Cover Supervisor to join our team as a supply teacher.
In this role, you will be responsible for covering classes and supporting teaching staff as needed, ensuring continuity in the delivery of the curriculum.
You will need to possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent experience, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to teach a variety of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4.
As a Flexible Classroom Support Specialist, you will be expected to work Monday to Friday, during term time only, with school hours varying slightly depending on the school.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as:
