Job Title: Waking Night Support WorkerWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team at Trewithen, a beautiful 5-bed detached house in picturesque bluebell woods. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, enabling care to the individuals we support.
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement person-centered support plans to promote independence and well-being
- Develop flexible activity plans that encourage autonomy and personal growth
- Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs
- Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed records
- Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
